Prefer your building's file on your own server? The self-hosted version is the same core under AGPL-3.0 — with every TSPM linkage stripped: no buttons pointing at us, no region logic, neutral branding if you want it. It costs you a Saturday and a Raspberry Pi.
The hosted version at kontrollheft.ch runs on Swiss infrastructure — your building's file stays in the country whose law it documents. Buttons are wired at launch; PikaPods gives non-technical houses a third option that is neither us nor their own server, which is rather the spirit of the thing.

No. Kontrollheft documents your compliance work; it does not perform it, and responsibility stays with the operator — it always does, whatever any vendor tells you. Default intervals are conservative common practice; your permit, canton and insurer override them, and the product asks about your permit before anything else.
Kontrollheft is your file, in order. The TSPM portal is your department, visible — work orders, response times, billing, our people doing the work and being measurable while they do it. The portal includes Kontrollheft; a retainer brings it to life. One is software. The other is a technical department.
No. We don't browse files, we don't mine gaps, we don't build call lists. The only signal that ever reaches TSPM is you pressing the “fill it in for me” button. If that restraint ever changes, this page will say so first — it won't.
Yes — that's rather the point. The tool is national even though our vans are not. If you press the survey button from Geneva, we'll say so honestly on the phone, and try to point you somewhere good.
